Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel the difference in your posture and comfort with our ergonomic chairs; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all orders. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Disassemble the kneeling chair and place all components, including the hardware kit and manual, into the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned chair, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
